We use Woocommerce in combination with wordpress to power our online vintage store. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Order information: When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you. We refer to this information as “Order Information”, and may include: Name, Email, Billing address, Shipping, Payment information (including debit/credit card numbeers), telephone number.
Third party payment we use is STRIPE & PAYPAL.
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Email Marketing Information. We operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and/or news we supply/publish. As part of this registration process subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’ above. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. The personal details we collect are: Email, Name
Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletter emails.

This information may also be retained by our third-party service provider (Cognito Forms) periodically until a time we see fit to delete this information, or unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Email Marketing information.
When you subscribe to our Newsletter, your Email Marketing Information is retained for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
When you unsubscribe from our Newsletter, your Email Marketing Information is retained periodically until a time we see fit to delete this information, or unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
How do we protect your personal information?
We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personal data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised alteration or destruction.
Please note however that where you are transmitting information to us over the internet this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
For any payments which we take from you online we will use a recognised online secure payment system.
We will notify you promptly in the event of any breach of your personal data which might expose you to serious risk.
We comply with GDPR rules and regulations and all paperwork (If any)is filed and stored in locked cabinets for a period of a year before being archived in locked, secure off-site storage. After 7 years we are able destroy all paper trails in line with HMRC rules and regulations.
All correspondence, letters, requests and any paperwork containing personal data sent to the premises are shredded on site

Any downloadable documents, files or media made available on this website are provided to users at their own risk. While all precautions have been undertaken to ensure only genuine downloads are available users are advised to verify their authenticity using third party anti virus software or similar applications.
